The International Real Estate Conference (IREC) is the flagship global platform of the National Association of Realtors, bringing together Realtors / brokers, developers, institutional investors, policymakers and PropTech innovators shaping real estate across continents. Partner associations earn hosting rights through a competitive global bid, and each edition is built around the solutions the industry needs and the opportunities driving its next decade of growth.

Since launching in Manila in 2015, IREC has travelled through Bangkok, Incheon, Hanoi, Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur. In 2026, the seventh edition arrives in Hyderabad from 25 to 27 September. It marks India's first time hosting the platform, and your first chance to join a global real estate experience in one of the world's fastest-moving markets. Most international delegates require a visa. The e-Visa facility is available to citizens of 160+ countries. Registered delegates can request a formal invitation letter through the registration portal.
HITEC City, Financial District and Banjara Hills offer five-star, four-star and boutique hotels within 5 to 10 km of HITEX. Partner hotels with negotiated rates publish ahead of the conference.
