Most international delegates require a visa. The e-Visa facility is available to citizens of 160+ countries. Registered delegates can request a formal invitation letter through the registration portal.
HITEC City, Financial District and Banjara Hills offer five-star, four-star and boutique hotels within 5 to 10 km of HITEX. Partner hotels with negotiated rates publish ahead of the conference.
Select sessions from the Strategic Conference are recorded and made available to registered delegates after the conference.
