Here's What Your Three Days Look Like


The IREC 2026 programme runs across three days at HITEX, with all three platforms open throughout. Day One opens with the Luxury Property Expo. Days Two and Three bring the Innovation Showcase and the Strategic Conference into full flow, with keynote sessions, global panels, fireside chats, CEO Roundtables and more than 30 breakout sessions. Day Two closes with the Gala Night, the social centrepiece that brings 2,000 leaders into one setting.

IREC is a biennial platform of the National Association of Realtors. Each edition is awarded to a partner association. IREC 2026 is awarded to NAR-India and operationally hosted in Hyderabad by the Hyderabad Realtors Association.

Most international delegates require a visa. The e-Visa facility is available to citizens of 160+ countries. Registered delegates can request a formal invitation letter through the registration portal.
HITEC City, Financial District and Banjara Hills offer five-star, four-star and boutique hotels within 5 to 10 km of HITEX. Partner hotels with negotiated rates publish ahead of the conference.
Select sessions from the Strategic Conference are recorded and made available to registered delegates after the conference.
