1. General Agreement

By registering for the International Real Estate Conference (IREC 2026), taking place from 25–27 September 2026 in Hyderabad, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your attendance, participation, and payment for the event organized by NAR India and the Hyderabad Realtors Association (HRA).

2. Registration and Payment

• Domestic Delegates: All registrations originating from India will be billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to an 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian law. Payments are processed securely via our designated online payment gateways (CCAvenue / Razorpay).
• International Delegates: Registrations originating outside India will be billed in United States Dollars (USD). International payments are processed securely via our designated international gateways (CCAvenue / Stripe).
• Full payment must be received to confirm your registration and secure your conference badge. Partial payments or unverified transactions will not be considered valid.

3. Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is strictly as follows:

• Cancellations requested on or before 30 June 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the base registration fee (excluding taxes and processing charges).
• Cancellations requested on or after 1 July 2026 are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Transfers: You may transfer your registration to a colleague or associate up until 1 September 2026 free of charge. Name changes must be communicated in writing to our registration team.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30-45 business days post-conference to the original original method of payment.

4. Visa and Travel Assistance

International delegates requiring a visa to enter India are strongly advised to apply well in advance. While IREC 2026 organizers will provide an official Invitation Letter upon successful registration and full payment, the organizers are not responsible for visa rejections or delays by the issuing authorities. Failure to obtain a visa does not constitute grounds for a refund outside the standard cancellation policy.

5. Event Changes and Force Majeure

The organizers reserve the right to alter the conference schedule, speakers, venue, or format (including transitioning to a hybrid or virtual event) without prior notice. In the event of a "Force Majeure" (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or acts of terrorism) that prevents the event from proceeding, the organizers will not be liable for refunds or any associated travel/accommodation costs incurred by delegates.

6. Code of Conduct

IREC 2026 is committed to providing a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to revoke the badge and deny entry to anyone violating this code, without a refund.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
