Hyderabad is well connected to world. Rajiv Gandhi International Airport runs direct flights to every major global hub, including Dubai, Singapore, Doha, Frankfurt and London. The airport is 30 km from HITEX. Delegate shuttles and pre-arranged transfers operate between partner hotels and the venue across all three days of the conference.

Most international delegates need a visa to enter India. The e-Visa facility is available to citizens of more than 160 countries and can be applied for online. Registered delegates can request a formal invitation letter to support their application by writing to helpdesk@irecindia.com. We recommend starting the visa process four to six weeks before the conference to allow time for consulate processing.

Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is Hyderabad's primary international gateway. Direct flights from major hubs across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Australia. The airport is approximately thirty kilometres from the HITEX Exhibition Centre.
