1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your registration for IREC 2026, the following policy applies:
- Cancellations requested on or before 30 June 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the base registration fee (excluding taxes and processing charges).
- Cancellations requested on or after 1 July 2026 are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30–45 business days after the conference concludes.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment.
- Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges will be borne by the participant.
3. Registration Transfer Policy
- Registrations can be transferred to another individual at no additional cost.
- Transfer requests must be submitted on or before 1 September 2026.
- All requests must be communicated in writing to the official registration team.
- The replacement delegate must meet all applicable registration requirements.
4. No-Show Policy
Delegates who do not attend the conference without prior cancellation notice (No-Shows) will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
5. Visa Rejection / Travel Issues
Delegates are responsible for securing their visas and travel documents. Visa rejection, delays, or travel disruptions will not qualify for a refund outside the standard cancellation terms.
6. Force Majeure
In case the event is affected by circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen events):
- The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or change the event format.
- Refunds will not be guaranteed.
- The organizers are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or related expenses incurred by participants.
7. Important Notes
- Refund requests must be submitted through official communication channels.
- Taxes (GST) and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
- Partial or incomplete payments are not eligible for refunds.
