IREC 2026 is the seventh edition of the National Association of Realtors' global platform and the first edition hosted in India. The conference runs over three days in Hyderabad, bringing together delegates from 35+ countries across the Strategic Conference, the Innovation Showcase and the Luxury Property Expo.

Accredited media have access to conference sessions, interviews with speakers and delegates and the press room at HITEX across all three days. Most international delegates require a visa. The e-Visa facility is available to citizens of 160+ countries. Registered delegates can request a formal invitation letter through the registration portal.
HITEC City, Financial District and Banjara Hills offer five-star, four-star and boutique hotels within 5 to 10 km of HITEX. Partner hotels with negotiated rates publish ahead of the conference.
Select sessions from the Strategic Conference are recorded and made available to registered delegates after the conference.
