Our commitment to a safe and professional conference.
IREC 2026 brings 2,000 professionals from 35+ countries together for three days. A platform of this scale operates on a shared set of professional standards. Every delegate, speaker, exhibitor and partner commits to these standards at registration. The Delegate Charter is a statement of expected conduct across the conference. It is not a legal document, but compliance is mandatory and a condition of participation.
The Charter requires professional integrity, respect across every interaction and zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination in any form. Concerns may be reported to the IREC 2026 conference office. Emergencies should be reported to local authorities. The full text of the Charter is provided to each registered delegate through the registration portal. Breach of the Charter may result in removal from the event and prohibition from future NAR events.
All attendees must act professionally and show respect across every interaction.
Harassment and discrimination in any form are not tolerated, whether verbal, written, physical or non-verbal.
Conduct, statements or images that denigrate any individual or group based on a protected characteristic are prohibited.
Concerns may be reported to the IREC 2026 conference office. Emergencies should be reported to local authorities.
Breach of the Charter may result in removal from the event and prohibition from future NAR events.
Every delegate, speaker, exhibitor and guest contributes to a safe and professional environment.
