Founded in 2008, it represents more than 50,000 professionals today, working to bring ethics, professional standards and structured practice to the Indian real estate industry.

Its strategic partnership with NAR gives Indian professionals access to the REALTOR® designation and a global professional network. NAR-INDIA engages policymakers on RERA and the reforms reshaping the sector, hosts the country's largest industry conventions and marks World Realtors Day every 21 March with community service nationwide. In 2026, NAR-INDIA is organising IREC for the first time in India. A defining moment for the Indian real estate industry.

Most international delegates require a visa. The e-Visa facility is available to citizens of 160+ countries. Registered delegates can request a formal invitation letter through the registration portal.
